At Greenscape Design & Décor, we are the fake plant experts. Our clients however, refer to us as lifesavers, miracle workers, the tree ladies, the plant people, or the design queens. Our favorite clients call us “rad.”
We combine our strong design background with the highest quality replica trees, plants, floral arrangements and custom designed décor pieces to help you transform your space and create memorable experiences.
For a temporary change of atmosphere, Greenscape maintains a large inventory of greenery and props for rental to the film, special event, tradeshow, and wedding industries. Our design consultants will help you create your distinct décor design, handle the project management and coordinate with our installation team to complete your vision onsite.
For permanent atmosphere enhancements, we design and build custom trees, planters, arrangements, and large scale interior and exterior landscapes for commercial properties such as restaurants, hotels, casinos, retail stores, and airports, as well as private residences. In business since 1994, our design team has the knowledge and experience to choose the appropriate foliage to add wow to a space, raise a business profile, attract new clients, provide low maintenance solutions, or to create the desired mood.
Our clients are here, there, and everywhere – our market is international! We have worked on innovative projects across Canada, the USA, and even in Europe.
If it involves trees, plants, florals, wood, metal, or fibreglass—if you dream it, we can fake it!

Parke joined the Greenscape team in 2008, bringing with her over 5 years experience running her own business of a Vintage and Retro Collectables On-Line store. As our Operations Manager, Parke generally feels responsible for everything (which she kinda is) and does great work keeping the warehouse running smoothly and providing great customer service.
Her past accomplishments include her BA in Women’s Studies with a focus in Fine Art. This experience gives Parke a great eye for display and design and the ability to colour outside of the lines. She loves trees, nature, creating, design, love, and smashing things, which makes her a perfect fit for Greenscape.
Interesting Fact: Parke has an extensive robot collection and is a super rad dancer.
Jethro Sweird, Production Coordinator
Jethro has been with Greenscape since 2007 in the role of Production Coordinator, which means he is responsible for overseeing many of our custom designs and fabrication projects. Everyday he looks forward to working with such a positive team (that is what you call a group of women you deal with daily – “a positive team,” though on some days, Jethro has other words to describe this phenomenon…).
With over 18 years of warehouse and custom furniture building experience (yes he is the oldest feller at Greenscape), Jethro is a fountain of knowledge and bad puns and enjoys designing and building whatever custom projects we can throw at him.
When he is not at Greenscape, Jethro can be seen performing with his reggae/ska band, Los Furios, spending time with his twin boys or playing croquet with The Delta Triple Peels.
Interesting fact: Jethro has over 400 hotwheels hidden in his home. This is a secret collection, so don’t tell his girlfriend.
Colleen McNeil, Bookkeeper
Colleen joined Greenscape in 2008 as our number cruncher and has proven to be a wonderful addition to the team. She diligently keeps our finances in line with a constant upbeat attitude (except when we lose a receipt!) and is willing to tackle any project we throw at her.
Colleen has over 18 years experience in the office and accounting fields, which she enjoys thoroughly – much to some people’s amazement. Some of her previous accounting positions were at Western Stevedoring, Red Cross Society, Salvation Army and In Balance Accounting Services. She is an integral part of the Greenscape family!
Interesting Fact: This girl loves a good hoedown – if it ain’t country, it ain’t music!
Jenna de Kleer, Decor Services and Floral Designer
Jenna started at Greenscape in the summer of 2010, and works in the warehouse creating floral designs and arrangements, organizing inventory as well as preparing film and event orders. Her favorite part of the job is going onsite to set up the decor elements with the rest of the team; there is a feeling of fulfillment at the end when you look around and see all the different items together in a grand display.
Her previous experience includes working in the floral industry since 2005 after graduating from Kwantlen University College with a certificate in Commercial Floristry and later a Floral Arranging Certificate Program and has also completed a Wedding Planning course at BCIT. Jenna has worked with a wedding/events decorator, and in various office and customer service settings, which further kindled her passion for event decorating and design. When she’s not working for Greenscape, Jenna moonlights with her own small, home-based floral design business and creates arrangements for friends and family.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies with friends, baking tasty treats in her kitchen, and playing a round of Carcasonne or Settlers of Catan.
Interesting fact: Jenna and her husband have a pet turtle (Red Eared Slider). His name is Rosco. He’s awesome!
